I’m Ryan, a Las Vegas real estate agent focused on helping buyers, sellers, and relocation clients make confident decisions based on real, local insight. Whether you’re moving across the country or just across town, my goal is simple. Help you understand your options, avoid costly mistakes, and find the right fit for your lifestyle.

Before real estate, I served as a combat medic in the United States Army (that's me in the middle!), including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2013. That experience shaped how I approach everything today. Stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always put people first.

I also come from a background in healthcare and athletics, including playing basketball and earning a degree in nursing. Those experiences taught me how to lead, how to listen, and how to guide people through important moments in their lives.

Real estate just became the next chapter where all of those skills came together.

Having relocated myself, I understand what it feels like to move to a new city without knowing the areas, the layout, or what daily life actually looks like. That’s why I go beyond just showing homes. I help you understand where you should live based on how you want to live.
